How to Apply

Our vision is a world where respect and kindness are inherent in daily life, where understanding and connection are a priority, and where communities collaborate to make the world a little better every day. We believe it can be achieved by educating children through thoughtful adherence to the Montessori method.

1.

First, schedule a tour online to meet with our admissions team.

Learn a little about Montessori and schedule a time to take a tour of our campus. School tours are given by appointment. We typically schedule tours around 9:30 am, during the morning work cycle. We are able to view the classrooms through observation windows, so as to avoid interrupting the classrooms avoid COVID19 risk. When you arrive for your tour, you will participate in a COVID19 screening including a temperature scan. Please bring a mask, or we are happy to provide one. While children are welcome to join you on your tour, some parents find it easier to have all of their questions answered if their students comes to the second visit.

2.

Following your tour, fill out your child’s  application for admission.

The application form is available online. There is a non-refundable application fee of $100. Any student applying to Pebblecreek’s Elementary program will also be provided a Release of Records Form. This form will be mailed to your child’s former school.

3.

Once your application has been processed, we will schedule your child’s pre-enrollment meeting with an AMI-certified guide.

This allows assessments and observations to determine classroom community placement. Elementary students may be asked to visit for the day.

Admission decisions will be made upon a thorough review of the submitted information and observations gathered during the student visit and parent interview.

Enrollment for New Students

Open enrollment for the next school year begins in late February or March. Applications received for a current school year will be reviewed as they are received. Placement will occur as space is available. Our goal is to help families find the best match between student, family, and school.

Re-enrollment for Current Students

Parents of current students will receive a re-enrollment package in March at which time they will be asked to submit a non-refundable registration and supply fee along with a completed selection sheet for the coming school year. After the deadline, current students will be placed into the admissions pool with new students.

“If you are a prospect parent looking to offer your child the best educational and growth environment in the North Dallas area, I would highly recommend Pebblecreek Montessori. It offers a true Montessori educational approach with emphasis not just on academics but on the whole child’s development including critical life skills such as emotional intelligence, independence, confidence, respect for self and others, social and communications skills required to cultivate early in life.”

“We chose PCM over other traditional private and Montessori schools because of the care and concern expressed over the well being of the whole child. Both of our children have grown and matured in all areas of their development. I believe in their mission and have personally seen our children embrace learning and apply the concepts they’ve learned from a point of personal desire as opposed to an obligation. PCM creates “real world” opportunities for the children to practice the concepts they’ve learned. They are advanced academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We are forever grateful for the parent education programs and the passion expressed by all the teachers at PCM.”
