Our vision is a world where respect and kindness are inherent in daily life, where understanding and connection are a priority, and where communities collaborate to make the world a little better every day. We believe it can be achieved by educating children through thoughtful adherence to the Montessori method.
We invite you to learn more about Montessori and schedule a time to take a tour of our campus. Appointments for school tours are usually around 9:30 am during the work cycle periods. To adhere to safety measures for COVID19, we will be using observation windows, so as not to interrupt classrooms. When coming for your tour, you must go through the COVID19 screening process which includes a temperature scan so please bring your own mask or we can provide one when you arrive. If desired, children may join you on the tour however some parents find it simpler to have all their questions answered with just themselves present during the first visit and then come back together with students for the second tour.
Any student applying to Pebblecreek's Elementary program will also receive a Release of Records Form. This form will be mailed to your child's former school. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee.
The elementary students may be asked to visit for a day so that assessments and observations can be used to determine a classroom community's placement.
After a thorough review of the submitted information and observations gathered during the parent interview and student visit, admission decisions will be made.
Pebblecreek Montessori does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, creed, national or ethnic origin, physical disability, or sexual identity in the administration, hiring, educational policies, financial aid programs and other school-administered programs.
Pebblecreek Montessori seeks to develop a diverse learning community composed of individuals with various life experience, feelings, hopes and challenges. Our school, community and world are enhanced by diversity. Pebblecreek’s appreciation, commitment, and sensitivity to diversity is reflected by the offering of our educational, professional, and community programs to all qualified people irrespective of race, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender, age, levels of ability, sexual orientation, or socio-economic conditions. Through mutual and purposeful dialogue, Pebblecreek strives to provide an environment where the emotional, social and intellectual well-being is certain. Pebblecreek further believes that our commitment to diversity is an ongoing process, which will continue to strengthen and enhance our school.
Open enrollment for the next school year begins in late February or March. Applications received for a current school year will be reviewed as they are received. Placement will occur as space is available. Our goal is to help families find the best match between student, family, and school.
Parents of current students will receive a re-enrollment package in March at which time they will be asked to submit a non-refundable registration and supply fee along with a completed selection sheet for the coming school year. After the deadline, current students will be placed into the admissions pool with new students.
